The Reports

  • Reports are computer generated
  • They are easy to read
  • The reports also include 3 summary sections (defect, marginal, safety concerns)
  • The reports can be e-mailed or mailed upon request

We provide a comprehensive report on the condition of the home as it exists at the time of the inspection. This report also includes photos of the issues uncovered. The reports are sent to our clients via email or hard copy upon request.

All inspections comply with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Regulations and Ethics.

Cost

Northeast Home Inspections has a very competitive price list. We accept checks, cash and all credit cards. If a client can not attend the inspection we do provide invoicing through PayPal.
